Overview

• 300 individuals aged 18 or over who are interested in the MICE industry are recruited every year to be prospective MICE specialists through training and actual event management experiences.
• Striving for the sustainable development of the MICE industry and successful event hosting through supports for MICE event personnel and activity expenses and MICE employment connection and personnel expenses.

Developing and Fostering of MICE Human Resources

- Recruits global MICE specialists and networking vitalization (supporters/talent pool)
(Supporters, Talent Pool, MICE Social Marketer)

- Hosts and runs launching/disbanding ceremonies of global MICE specialists

- Plans and runs a customized training course 

- Hosts and runs MICE mentoring concert and MICE job pitching day

- Provides MICE supporters for MICE events held in Seoul
