Tourist Information Center

To improve satisfaction of domestic and overseas tourists visiting Seoul, various service s are offered in Myeongdong and other major areas of Seoul. The center offers tourist inf ormation, process complaints, hosts experience programs and events, and assists with making reservation for concerts and accommodations.

7 tourist information centers are being operated in major tourist spots and travel facilities throughout Seoul and Gimpo International Airport

Myeongdong Tourist Information Center (opened in November 2013)
Seoul Global Cultural Center
Incheon Int'l Airport Tourist Information Center (opened in August 2008)
Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 2 Tourist Information Center (opened in January 2018)
Gimpo International Airport Tourist Information Center (opened in December 2014)
Seoul Station Tourist Information Center (opened in September 2017)
Yongsan Station Tourist Information Center (opened in September 2017)
